It is no surprise that Williamson County is home to some of the best schools in the region. With 39,817 students enrolled in grades PK and K-12, the student-teacher ratio is an impressive 16 to 1.
The county's school graduation rates are also among the highest
in the area, with 98% in Brentwood, Ravenwood and Fred J. Page, 97% in Nolensville and 96% in Franklin. After a difficult year due to the pandemic, Deputy High School Superintendent Leigh Webb is proud to celebrate this achievement.Not only are the graduation rates impressive, but Williamson County Schools (WCS) also ranks first in the nation among public school districts with more than 20,000 students. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of both teachers and students alike. The district has implemented a number of initiatives to ensure that all students have access to a quality education. These include providing access to technology for all students, expanding access to advanced courses, and providing additional support for those who need it.
